WHAT DOES 'DROP-SHIPPING' AND 'PRINT ON DEMAND' MEAN?

Basically, you choose your products from our range, add your designs and open your online store, and PRIMAL THREADS handles the rest! Yep! Once your customer places their order, we receive it, print on demand, and ship it direct to your customer. You don’t have to handle any admin, ordering, or shipping!

 

This means you also don’t have the stress of out-laying money on stock, managing or over-ordering stock or feeling the pressure to move it.

 

 

HOW DOES PRODUCT PRICING AND COMMISSION WORK?

 

You get our products at a wholesale price and YOU can set your retail price (which means you control how much commission you earn on each product). Many of our affiliate stores operate on a 20% commission but it’s entirely up to you. How good is that? 

 

At the end of each month, any commission you have earned is deposited into your chosen account.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO START MY OWN STORE?

 

We have a one-off initial SET-UP FEE of $300 which includes the following:

 

Online store set-up

10 products (added to your store with designs)

Banner and category images/graphics

Domain

Zoom induction

How To’ video tutorials

 

From there, you will gain access to your store where you can add more products and designs, set your retail prices and update your website design if you wish. 

 

We also offer the following:

 

Additional products added for $20 per product (if you don’t want to do it yourself)

QR Code - $50

Other website changes for $20 per change/update

HAVE SOME QUESTIONS? 

CAN MY STORE WEBSITE BE INDEPENDENT OF PRIMAL THREADS?

Unfortunately not. At this stage, we cannot connect to other platforms (e.g. Shopify).

CAN I BUY MY OWN DOMAIN?

You can redirect your Primal Threads store to a domain name you own via the backend of the store.

HOW CUSTOMISABLE IS THE DESIGN OF MY STORE WEBSITE?

There is a lot of flexibility in the design and look of your storefront website. You can even add a blog.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Not yet! We love shipping all over Australia for now.

CAN I SET UP AFTERPAY?

Unfortunately due to restrictions of the platform we use, post payment systems like Afterpay are not available.

DO YOU PUT MY BRANDING/LOGO ON TAGS AND PACKAGING?

No. Tags are generic and packaging is unbranded (there is no ‘Primal Threads’ branding anywhere so as not to confuse your customer!). Your branding / name will however be listing on the shipping slip.
